Starring Ireland’s foremost Elvis performerKevin Doyle and his regular backing group the Way It Was orchestra, this is an updated version of the sell-out theatre show that always leaves the audience on their feet wanting more. Stand-out numbers include That’s All Right, Heartbreak Hotel, Love Me Tender, It’s Now Or Never, An American Trilogy and of course, Suspicious Minds. The show also features film footage, special guest voiceovers to give audiences a rare look into Elvis’ life through sound, image and live performances.

Kevin & the band rock the Cork Opera House

Despite treacherous conditions Kevin and the band got to meet great Elvis and Rockl & Roll fans in Cork on Sunday 10th Jan. Snow hit the city that afternoon and escalated to such an extent that taxis and buses had stopped for hours before the event.
While this did make it impossible for some fans to make the journey the ones that did arrive were gratefully received by Kevin and the band. The 2 hour show left the crowd on their feet. All the members of the group followed Kevin out to the foyer after the show to thank members of the audience in person for their persistance in such dangerous driving conditions.
We would like to thank all the staff in the Cork Opera House for making us so welcome. We would like to give a special thanks to Dominic McSweeney for inviting us down. Finally, thanks again to all the audience for coming in to watch us. We hope to be back very soon to this fantastic venue in the great city of Cork.
